For Phil Entzminger, Golf Has Grown Into a Passion

Golf has always been among Phil Entzminger's favorite hobbies, even though he admits to not being very good. Phil believes the hazards have something of a magnetic appeal to him at some points. When the family was on an African safari, Phil still found time to play a round of gold or two. He combines his passions for travel with the one for golf, which is why he has played near his old home at the Seltenheim Golf Course, as well as at the Kiagenfurt-Seltenheim course in Austria.

In the United States, Phil Entzminger has played all over the country, but his favorite course is the Cypress Point Golf Club in Pebble Beach, in Southern California, primarily because of the weather which has always been spectacular when he's played there. Besides traveling and playing golf, Phil Entzminger also enjoys listening to music especially jazz. In fact, he makes regular trips to New Orleans to experience what he considers "real" jazz. Phil enjoys Harry Connick Jr. and other modern jazz players, like . Greg Osby, Charles Gayle and Jacob Collier, who happens to be a particular favorite. He admits to avoiding most jazz-rock fusion, although he does like some of it and considers it all relaxing. One of his favorite things to do is to sit back with a hot cup of coffee and listen to Connick. Phil Entzminger also has been a practicing vegan since 2017. He claims an obsession with foods without animal products, but also because he believes it to be a key to a healthy lifestyle. He swears his vegan diet has allowed him to think more clearly, have more energy and to feel stronger than ever before.
